A triple-tower approx. 3,000sqm site development consists of :

Tower 1 – A 30-storey RESIDENTIAL tower which includes three podium decks with pool, recreational and lounge facilities, 187 one and two-bedroom apartments, and a landscaped rooftop terrace with function facilities.

Tower 2 – A 24-storey RESIDENTIAL tower consisting of 135 one and two-bedroom apartments.

Tower 3 –  A HOTEL  which is 25 levels of 198 studio apartments operated by a four-star hotel brand. A ground floor retail arcade will also be built linking all three buildings from Wickham Street to Ranwell Lane.

The final two stages will feature a 25-level hotel and a 24-level residential tower.

The hotel will include 198 studio rooms, to be operated by an international 4 to 4.5 star hotel brand, while the residential tower will comprise 135 one and two-bedroom apartments and private residents’ recreational zones.

188 W Residences is due for completion in 2016, one-bedroom apartment prices in the first stage will range from $375,00 to $450,000 and from $555,000 for two-bedroom apartments.
